Carlitos was a great surprise. Its located in a neighborhood, and I wasnt expecting much. I had the shrimp wrapped in bacon and I loved it! My daughter had a chicken dish, and she loved it. We both had a pomegranate margarita, and we loved it. We were looking for a good option close to Costco and we found it.

Why did it take us nearly two years to try Carlitos?! The food is amazing, huge portions and priced very reasonably. The staff is professional, and knowledgeable. We didnt have to wait long at all before being greeted. I had the lamb and will again, and my husband had the burrito. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
